Where I create Value
Different functions and professions play distinct roles when organizations work with data and use it to support decision-making:
IT specialists and system architects who develop and maintain the technical infrastructure.
Statisticians who produce data and indicators.
Economists and other analysts who interpret data, sometimes using explanatory or predictive models.
Decision-makers who must act on the outputs of the first three groups.
These four levels are distinct and often speak different languages. Yet successful projects depend on how effectively data, analysis and decision-making are connected.
This is where my contribution lies.
I help organizations turn analytical results into insights that are understandable, decision-relevant and actionable. Where appropriate, I also draw on quantitative analysis, projections and statistical evaluations. The key, however, is not the analysis itself, but the conclusions that can be drawn from it and the decisions it can support.

Organizations need subject-matter expertise. They also need people who can connect data, analysis and decision-making. This is the interface where I can contribute most effectively.
